Comments: I would like to let you know how pleased I have been with one of your stores and its manager (Chris Fogaal). I don't get this feeling often in today's world but I feel Chris is honest willing to go the extra mile to make his customers happy. He has me and I repay him by telling everyone I know how good the service is and how fair the pricing is by Belle Tire. I hope you will pass this on to his supervisor and to him .

Comments: I had my first flat in years. One lug nut was frozen on. I needed to call Allstate MC to tow the car last night to 2740 Rochester Rd. In addition to fixing the flat, I also asked that you check the pressure on my spare, replace any lug nuts that I rounded-off, while trying to remove them and estimate remaining tread life on the tires. You can imagine my surprise when I learned that you did all the work at no charge, plus that I still had about 30K miles left on the tires. When I offered to pay for the three new lug-nuts, your salesman told me that three lug nuts were no big deal. You earned a loyal customer today.
