Donna Beluska is Belle Tire Advantage's August Winner!

After signing up for Belle Tire Advantage, Donna Beluska of Perrysburg, MI won four tickets to the Detroit Tiger's game and dinner for four at the Tiger's Club on Saturday, September 12th.

We followed up with Donna to see how it went and here's what she had to say;
"...We had a blast! I really wasn't sure it was a real thing until we were sitting in the Tiger Club overlooking the field. That was awesome. Our two sons did a good job on the buffet... and the game was great even though the Tigers lost. It was great to see that even in this bad economy, and particularly the terrible Detroit economy, that the local people still came out to support their team. The park looked nearly full!"

Comments: We recently were coming home from a camping trip up north when three of our four travel trailer tires blew out. We searched our GPS for the closet tire store and were 7 miles away from the Belle Tire in Burton on South Center Road. The staff at this location was excellent! They were courteous and expedient and got us back on the road in record time. They were very busy and it was towards the end of the day, but they took care of us and it showed. What could have been a horrible experience went actually quite smoothly because of your staff at this location!

Comments: I just wanted to thank all the staff at store # 06 in Portage,MI. I would especially like to express my gratitude to the Manager Kevin Borr. He was very polite priced matched Discount Tire & had my tires in stock. I was not at the store more than a half hour. VERY IMPRESSIVE !! I just want him to know that great service will bring additional customers. After telling my co worker about the service & price I received he went and purchased four tires also from the same store. Keep up the great work !! You have made me a very satisified customer.

Comments: Once again I am compelled to write because of exceptional service, Howard at the West Bloomfield store is really a great manager. My kids ask for him and he helps them even if it is only filling the tire with air. My wife 's car was a week old and got a nail in the tire, Howard has his guys fix it in 5 minutes. When he is there, his work force seems happy. the people waiting for their cars, were not complaining and he was always updating them as to status. I like Belle tire and Howard makes our location #1. I hope you are aware of him.

Comments: I had my first flat in years. One lug nut was frozen on. I needed to call Allstate MC to tow the car last night to 2740 Rochester Rd. In addition to fixing the flat, I also asked that you check the pressure on my spare, replace any lug nuts that I rounded-off, while trying to remove them and estimate remaining tread life on the tires. You can imagine my surprise when I learned that you did all the work at no charge, plus that I still had about 30K miles left on the tires. When I offered to pay for the three new lug-nuts, your salesman told me that three lug nuts were no big deal. You earned a loyal customer today.

Macomb Township Belle Tire

We recently received some excellent feedback about Bruce at the Macomb Township store. Make sure you pay him a visit!


"Yesterday afternoon (Saturday, August 8th) my mom and I had just finished grocery shopping and made our way to her vehicle. We noticed that one of her tires was looking a little flat and needed air.

We then headed to a nearby gas station where we encountered Bruce, a member of the Belle Tire team in Macomb Township (on Hall Road/M-59) and in Shelby Township (on Van Dyke). He happened to be pumping gas and noticed the two of us struggling to fill the tire and came over to offer help.

Bruce filled the tire and even checked the pressure and explained to us how much air the tire actually needed. I am writing to you today because it's very rare that you find people so kind and willing to help.

I believe that Bruce was an excellent representative of your company and truly deserves to be commended. It is our hope that Bruce be recognized as an exceptional employee.
